Effective September 12, 2022 all Driveway Permits will be processed by Oxcart, a third-party vendor.  Please visit their website at www.oxcartpermits.com to sign up for an account.  Please note: The Barry County Road Commission will not be processing permits past September 12, 2022 so ALL Driveway Permits will ONLY be issued by using Oxcart Permits.  UTILITY PERMITS ARE APPLIED FOR UNDER THE “RIGHT OF WAY” TAB ON OXCART.
