With the long rain, we are having localized road flooding on both paved and gravels roads. We have crews out marking areas of concern and repairing any areas that are possible. We will monitor the situation and jump into repair mode as soon as we can. Please use extreme caution and do not drive through water on roadways. Rural Task Force #3 Meeting

A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10 at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of allowing local officials and interested citizens to provide input into the allocation of state and federal aid funds for eligible rural routes and transit systems in Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Kalamazoo and St. Joseph counties for fiscal years 2026 – 2029. The meeting will be held at the offices of the Road Commission of Kalamazoo County

Questions regarding this meeting and rural federal aid projects can be directed to the appropriate road or transit agency, or to the Kalamazoo Area Transportation Study, Region 3 transportation administrators representing the Southcentral Michigan Planning Council: (269) 343-0766 or fnagler@katsmpo.org.
