The regular meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order at the Road Commission’s Board Room at 7:30 A.M. by Chairman Solmes.

 

Members present:  Fiala, Dykstra, and Managing Director Bradley Lamberg.  Solmes excused.

 

The agenda for March 1, 2022 was approved.

Motion was made by Commissioner Dykstra and seconded to consent to the proposed plat amendment in the summons #22-49-CH in Spring Beach Resort, Yankee Springs Township.  The road did not follow the platted public highway and this parcel is encroaching onto private property.  The Board is giving Management the right to sign legal paperwork to reflect our agreement.
