Barry County Road Commission maintains all of the County Public Roads in Barry County.
Next week there will be road closures on Parmalee Rd between Harris Creek Rd & Robertson Rd. Monday Parmalee Rd will be closed just West of Harris Creek Rd for the day. Tuesday the closure will be just East of Woodsy End Dr. Parmalee Rd will be closed each day from 7am-5pm. Local traffic will have to access from the proper side of the work zone to get to their homes. Work may split into Wednesday we will update accordingly. Thanks!

The intersection of Bayne Road & Hager Road will be closed. Please seek an alternate route. Thank you for your cooperation.
Today has brought some heavy rain and the start of windy conditions. Moving into this afternoon/evening there is forecasted expectation for additional rains, wind, & thunderstorms. Please use caution on the roadway. Drivers should expect standing water & debris on the road. We have response prepared and ready to head out throughout the night to mitigate issues.
The BCRC is selling (8) 2024 GMC 2500HD Crew Cab SLE pickups. Bids are due April 14, 2025 @ 10:30am. Information can be found on our website at www.barrycrc.org under the “Bidding Opportunities” tab or by calling our office at (269) 945-3449.
The Barry County Road Commission will be lifting speed and weight restrictions on Monday, March 31, 2025 @ 6am. Thank you for doing your part in keeping Barry County Roads in great condition.
