The regular meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chairman Willcutt.

Members present: Willcutt, Pashby, and Managing Director Brad Lamberg. Dykstra excused.

The agenda for November 5, 2002 was approved.

The minutes of October 22, 2002 was accepted as read by the Secretary.

Motion by Commissioner Pashby seconded by Commissioner Willcutt to approve the payroll for payment.

Marge Bullock resident of Cory Drive, Orangeville Township, talked with the Board about road repairs the residents would like to have done. Brad Lamberg will get cost for crack sealing Cory Drive next summer and give Mrs. Bullock the information to present to the Crystal Lake Association.

Mike Norton discussed the Eyeglass Policy and OSHA inspection with the Board.

Motion by Commissioner Pashby authorizing that progressive lens in the employee’s safety glasses be paid by the Road Commission. After further discussion and lack of support the motion failed.

The regular meeting was closed at 10:45 A.M. for contract discussion.

The regular meeting was reopened at 12:00 P.M. and adjourned.
