The regular meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order by Chairman Willcutt at 9:00 A.M.
Members present: Willcutt, Dykstra, Pashby, and Engineer-Manager Brad Lamberg.
The minutes of October 9, 2001 was accepted as read by the Secretary.
Dale and Joan Guikema, residents from 6655 Whitneyville Road, talked with the Board about their concerns of the up coming Whitneyville Road Project.
Motion by Commissioner Dykstra seconded by Commissioner Pashby to approve the payroll for payment.

Pension Board met at 11:30 A.M. Mike Bateson, Brent Cisler, and Lawrence Barry came into the meeting representing the Employee’s Association.
Tax law changes effecting the Barry County Road Commission 401K Pension were discussed.
Motion by Commissioner Willcutt seconded by Commissioner Dykstra certifying that it intends to adopt the Corporate Plan for Retirement sponsored by Fidelity Investments that was submitted for IRS approval on December 31, 2000.
