Barry County Road Commission

Special meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order at 3:05 P.M. by Chairman Willcutt.
Members present: Dykstra, Willcutt, and Engineer-Manager Brad Lamberg.
Also present was Kalamazoo County Road Commission Board and Manager Ron Reid and Calhoun Taskforce #3 Dennis Randolph and Joann Johnson.
Ron Reid discussed voluntary buyout agreement of Federal TEDF D and STP Funds between the Barry and Kalamazoo Road Commissions.
Dennis Randolph gave the Rural Task Force explanation of the buyout.
Motion by Commissioner Dykstra seconded by Commissioner Willcutt to approve the Chairman to sign Voluntary Buyout Agreement between the Barry County Road Commission and the Kalamazoo County Road Commission.

Motion by Commissioner French seconded by Commissioner Youngs to approve Chairman Meeuwse to sign the Voluntary Buyout Agreement between the Barry County Road Commission and the Kalamazoo County Road Commission.
