The regular meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chairman Willcutt.
Members present: Willcutt, Dykstra, Pashby, and Engineer-Manager Brad Lamberg.
The minutes of February 13, 2001 was accepted as read by the Secretary with the following amendment.
Dave Dykstra excused from the meeting.
Motion by Commissioner Dykstra seconded by Commissioner Pashby to approve the payroll for payment.

Jim Rhoades discussed No Thru Truck signs for Dowling Road. The Board will discuss the situation with the weighmaster.
Mike Norton discussed with the Board the matter of speed and weight of school buses. A letter is to be sent asking the schools to try to maintain the 35 MPH speed limit during weight limits.
No Thru Truck signs on Velte and Clark Roads was tabled.
Motion by Commissioner Dykstra seconded by Commissioner Willcutt to designate Brad Lamberg as the voting delegate on the CRAM policies at the March 22, 2001 meeting in Lansing.

Motion by Commissioner Willcutt seconded by Commissioner Pashby to support the Frugal Five Federal Aid resolution asking Michigan Department of Transportation to trade STP and D Funds for Michigan Transportation Funds at a 95% reimbursement.

Motion by Commissioner Willcutt seconded by Commissioner Dykstra to amend the January 2, 2001 motion on drawing of sick leave to comply with the Labor Agreement Article X, Section D. Employees can draw once a year on their anniversary date. A balance of 400 hours is to be maintained. This is retroactive to December 19, 2000.
