The meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order at 8:00 A.M. by Chairman Willcutt.

Members present: Willcutt, Dykstra, Pashby and Managing Director Brad Lamberg.

The agenda for February 13, 2006 was approved.

The minutes of January 24, 2006 were approved as read by the Secretary.

Motion by Commissioner Willcutt seconded by Commissioner Dykstra to authorize up to $10,000.00 for the purchase of a HDS-3506 Steam Jenny and a Tandem Axle Trailer.

Whereas the excellent maintenance of roads is a matter of pride in the township; and

Whereas the township residents have approved extra voted mileage for road maintenance; and

Whereas proper maintenance of both paved and gravel roads is a benefit to our residents;

Now therefore be it resolved that the Woodland Township Board hereby directs the Barry County Road Commission to proceed with the following road projects in 2006:

Jordan Road between Woodland and Martin, 2 mile – slag seal $17,000

Jordan Road, 1100′ west of Rush, culvert & 6″ gravel $11,100

Barnum Road, M-66 to East county line, 1.5″ overlay & slag seal $50,440

Woodland Road, Brown to North county line, slag seal $10,710

Davenport, Woodland Road to 700′ East of Velte, crack seal $ 4,000

Saddlebag Lake Road, widen and gravel, North of Barnum $10,000

Gravel in township $10,000
