The regular meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chairman Willcutt.

Members present: Willcutt, Dykstra, Pashby, and Managing Director Brad Lamberg.

The agenda for October 22, 2002 was approved.

The minutes of October 8, 2002 was accepted as read by the Secretary with the following amendment: A letter from Bob Baines was read and placed on file.

Motion by Commissioner Dykstra seconded by Commissioner Pashby to approve the payroll for payment.

Tom Chaffee discussed with the Board the purchase of a new brush hog.

Motion by Commissioner Dykstra seconded by Commissioner Pashby to authorize the purchase of a Woods Brush Hog for $5,000.

Motion Carried

Motion by Commissioner Willcutt seconded by Commissioner Dykstra authorizing a maximum of $15,000 to be paid of the completed cost for the Rutland Township sewer extension.
