The regular meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order by Chairman Willcutt at 9:00 A.M.
Members present: Willcutt, Dykstra, Pashby, and Engineer-Manager Brad Lamberg.
The minutes of July 17, 2001 was accepted as read by the Secretary.
Motion by Commissioner Dykstra seconded by Commissioner Pashby to approve the payroll for payment.

Motion by Commissioner Willcutt seconded by Commissioner Dykstra authorizing Chairman Donald Willcutt and Vice-Chairman David Dykstra to sign Michigan Department of Transportation Contact No. 01-5264, Control Section STH 08609, Job Number 51352 removal and replacement of bridge railings and guardrail.
